We often get asked where we get our images to use in our Kindle Ebooks. While we do purchase some images from sites like iStock Photo from time to time, we mostly use royalty free images for our Kindle books. In fact, a book that we have had as a #1 seller in it’s category had a cover that I personally created with a free image.
There are different places to use images in Kindle Ebooks. Of course there is the cover image (I will be teaching how to create amazing Kindle Covers soon), you can use images within your Kindle book, and you can also use images on your Amazon sales page so it’s critical that you find and use great looking images that are quality images and help you sell more books.
I have found (and currently use) two websites where I get images that are totally free and I show you those sites in the video below. The one important note I want to make is that no matter where you get your images, always double check the license and usage rights to make sure they are ok and legal for you to use.
