External Links allow you to link to a website, blog, video, or anything that is on the internet. You can link to anything that is out there.
Internal Links allow you to link to other pages within your actual book. Using internal links can be effective and help your readers find more information within your book on the topic. They can also be used for things like created an index at the end of the book, as well as many other functions.
